First of all, this reminds me of a conversation I had way back on YouTube with some Forza Fanboy (don't judge me, it were my early YT days, I thought I could achieve things). He told me that Gran Turismo is a game for Fast & Furious fanbois, while Forza is for the car enthusiast with style (his words). Funny you said that m8. Cue the Forza Vs. GT argument in the comments.
So, onto the actual subject. What does one get? Well, you get half of the FH2 map and a bunch of cars from FF7, as well as a bunch of new events. Unfortunately most of the cars are just modified versions of cars already in the full game, and you apparently can't modify them, however one does get a 2015 Dodge Charger R/T(not in FH2 i believe), the Maserati Ghibli S and an armored Diesel Wrangler. All this is comes in a very exciting 15 gigabyte download, which is way too much for the internet of a vast amount of players. Yes it is nice and all that you get it for free*, but what is the point of a standalone DLC which can take up to 10+ hours to download, when everything you get in return is at best an afternoon worth of playing? Why couldn't Playground simply add the content to the base game?
My biased (I hate DLCs) verdict: Neat little Promo for F&F 7, but nothing more. Hardly worth it if you have crappy Internet (like I do) and/ or don't like The Fast and Furry-Os. Hopefully the cars become available for FH2 at a later point, preferably for free.
*only until April 10th

For the millioneth time Horizon 2 is made by Playground Games not Turn 10 they had nothing to do with it bar licencing the Fiveza engine.
As for everything else I blame licencing since it has been ruining racing games since 1989.

15 GB? Where the hell are you getting from? On the 360 Marketplace it's 2.2 GB.
